BaseballPath LLC (doing business as BaseballPath) sells one-time reports. We stand behind every one. If a report did not help you, you should not have to pay for it.
OUR GUARANTEE
Read your report and use it. If you still do not feel it gave you an honest, useful answer, just ask. We refund your purchase, no questions asked, within 30 days of the date you bought it.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email ryan@baseballpath.com from the address you used to purchase, or mention that address in your message. If you have your order reference from your receipt email, include it so we can find your purchase faster. You do not need to explain why.
HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Once issued, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
