REFUND POLICY

BaseballPath LLC (doing business as BaseballPath) sells one-time reports. We stand behind every one with The Bases-Loaded Guarantee: three guarantees, in writing, described in full below. The same guarantee terms are shown in the product before you buy; if the wording ever differs, the terms on this page control.

Unconditional, 7 days from the moment you open the report. It covers everything bought in that window, including Full Season. If you take the refund, the report stays open at Starting List level: the honest read, the ranked list, the reason behind every school, and the coach contacts. Send It, the drafts, the follow-up ladder, the Reply Scoreboard, and every Full Season feature switch off.

Reach Out only. Send every drafted school through Send It within 30 days of opening the report (schools you remove do not count, schools you add do), send the Full-Count Follow-Up Ladder on schedule, and keep his numbers honest. Then the clock runs 60 days from the day you opened the report, paused on NCAA dead periods and the December shutdown, the days a coach is not permitted to answer. A reply means a human at a school on his list wrote back: an automatic reply does not count, and a plain no does count, because we get him heard and nobody can promise a yes. If no coach replies, we refund Reach Out in full, rebuild his list, and give him 30 more days of drafts, free.

Full Season only. If he does everything and has no offer of a roster spot, a preferred walk-on spot, or a scholarship from any school on his list by National College Decision Day, May 1 of his senior year, we turn two: we pay you double what you paid for the purchase that included Full Season, net of any refund already issued, and we keep working with him free until he has one or his eligibility ends. An offer counts when a coach tells him there is a spot, in writing or in conversation: email threads count on their own, and a spoken offer is confirmed in the app. Doing everything means every school sent inside 30 days, the ladder on schedule, the weekly plan worked in at least 8 weeks out of 10, every coach reply answered inside 3 days, and honest numbers.

Email ryan@baseballpath.com from the address you used to purchase, or mention that address in your message. If you have your order reference from your receipt email, include it so we can find your purchase faster. Under the 7-Day Honest Read Guarantee you do not need to explain why. Under the 60-day and double-your-money-back guarantees we confirm the conditions above together, from what the app already recorded, before the refund or payout is issued.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Once issued, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
